At RTC we offer courses for children and adults in languages, music and the fine arts.

The language needs of the multinational business community of Dubai are quite different to those of other language students. For Dubai’s expatriates, it is a real challenge today to devote enough time to language studies outside of working hours. At the same time, knowledge of a foreign language is an advantage for those who come to live and work in multi-national environment of Dubai.
While non-working spouses are happy to spend their days in the classroom, the situation is not so straightforward for a high-powered executive with a busy schedule. This is why we have developed courses with less time spent on grammar and more time spent speaking and understanding the language.
RTC also runs separate preparatory courses for Russian-speaking school-children living in the UAE who are about to enter an English-language school. We offer courses which help children adapt to the new environment quickly and acquaint themselves with the necessary vocabulary.

We offer citizens of Russia and CIS countries intensive language courses in English and Arabic with our study break scheme, where you can combine your lessons with a holiday in the United Arab Emirates. For students of Russian as a foreign language, we organise study visits to Russian universities.

All the above courses can be taken in group, mini-group or individual format with the exception of lessons on musical instruments, which are always taught individually.

For our corporate clients we offer special programmes of study, which are prepared according to the client's requirements.

Study in carefully selected groups is focused on the development of the student's conversational skills. At RTC, we work in small groups of 5-10 people, which enables the tutor to devote time to each student during the course of the lesson.

Standard group lessons take place 2-3 times per week on an agreed, fixed schedule. Any group lessons missed will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Mini-groups consist of 2-4 people and thus provide students with the unique opportunity of working closely with the tutor, while also being able to practise the material covered with the other students.

This is the ideal option for beginners. Individual tuition allows the student to quickly overcome the tricky basics of a subject and progress to a higher level.

These courses take place at the client's office as individual or closed-group lessons, where groups are formed on the basis of ability tests. The schedule and content of the courses is drawn up according to the client's wishes and requirements.

In-company sessions may consist of a series of individual or group lessons with alternating participants.

RTC offers you the chance to combine a holiday in the UAE with a two-week intensive language course in Arabic, English or Russian with a qualified native speaker. Study breaks can be booked through our partners or through our office in Dubai.

Together with our partners in Russia, RTC can organise individual or group study visits to Russian universities for students of Russian as a foreign language. This is an opportunity for intensive language practice, while allowing you to learn about Russian history, culture and traditions through a programme of excursions during your stay. We can even provide visa support and arrange accommodation in hotels or private apartments if required.

For candidates residing in the UAE

If you decide to take a course at RTC you will need to fill in a registration form. Please note that one form should be completed per student. After submitting the form you will be invited to come and meet with a tutor to determine the level you require and draw up a suitable programme of study. The schedule, as well as the start and end dates of your course will be decided at the same time. You will then be given an invoice for payment of the course.

Your course must be paid for a minimum of one week prior to its start date. If the course is due to begin within one week, payment must be made immediately.

Payment can be made directly at our office, by cash or cheque, or via bank transfer to our company account. If the payment is made via bank transfer, you are asked to present RTC with a copy of the transfer receipt from the bank as proof of payment. The course is considered paid for only once RTC's bank account has been credited.

Cancellation and refund of lessons
Group lessons at RTC may not be cancelled or postponed. Group lessons missed on the client’s part will not be rescheduled or refunded. Missed group lessons must be paid for in full.

Individual lessons may be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the lesson is due to begin. In the event of cancellation the lesson must be rescheduled to a date and time which has been mutually agreed. If the lesson cannot be rescheduled, the client will be issued with a voucher, which can be used for payment of a subsequent course at RTC.
