RTC is a private educational centre located in Dubai Knowledge Village, United Arab Emirates. We offer a range of courses for people of all ages, working in cooperation with well known universities and institutes.

We provide Russian language tuition for businesses and individuals from a beginner’s level up to TRFL examination (Test of Russian as a Foreign Language), which is certified by the Russian Ministry of Education. If you are planning to study at a Russian university, our team of highly professional and experienced tutors will help you obtain your TRFL first level certificate, which allows you to enrol at any university where Russian is the language of instruction, and can even help you decide which one to choose. Note that TRFL assessment is also required in order to apply for Russian citizenship, in accordance with the immigration rules of the Russian Federation.

RTC also offer tailor-made courses in a number of other languages, which presently include Arabic, English, French, German, Finnish and Swedish. All language tuition is conducted by native speakers, and lessons can be taught individually or in a group.

Aside from languages, RTC runs various other courses in business training, personal development, UAE law, customs and culture, as well as courses for children in music, crafts and the fine arts.
